Dear Eric and Carrie:
Patrice and I wanted to express our sincere thanks for the absolutely beautiful project completed at our home. It is a source of continuing compliments from visitors and gives us great pleasure everyday.  We still find it hard to believe that you were able to complete the first construction phase of the project (a kitchen, three and one half baths, a bar room renovation, the installation of a half wall cabinetry between the den and the kitchen, the installation of 2000 feet of tile, and countless doors and windows in under six weeks --- well, we are not aware of anyone who can match such a schedule. The second phase, installing extensive library cabinetry and one full bath was done in five days. Just simply amazing. Eric, from your daily hands on supervision and coordination of your staff and your dedicated trades, to the meticulous nature of the construction and the responsiveness to every punch list detail proved that we made the best decision in retaining Elegant Interiors for the project.  Of course, construction is only as good as the design behind it and we can think of no better team than Carrie and Eric in the design phase.  The time spent with us in understanding our desires and working towards achieving those desires was incredible. Carrie, from the renderings and construction plans for each room or piece of furniture to your professional dedication and commitment to achieve that perfect design, to your knowledge of tile, paint, stone, fixtures and how they all come together to create just the right look really made for a wonderful feeling of partnership that we felt in our weekly meetings with you during the design phase. And your follow-through was fantastic. I don't think Patrice will ever forget your sitting on the floor with the tile guys laying out the mosaic pattern for the beautiful design you had created for the girl's bathroom. We always enjoyed the interaction of the two of you in finalizing the shape of a beautiful design and a buildable design.  We miss our Saturday visits to your showroom!!.
